Women in Journalism Instagram Reboot

In January 2021, I was a member of the team that created a fresh Instagram presence for Women in Journalism. WiJ are the UK's leading media networking, campaigning and training organisation.

On the team, I had the position of copywriter. This means I was responsible for the copy created for Instagram feed and story posts, as well as creating ideas for the posts themselves. 

The campaign had two main goals. The first and primary goal was to highlight Women in Journalism's research last summer about the number of BAME people, especially women, in the UK media. The second goal was to create helpful, long-lasting posts that could be referred back to in the future.
